Drop-ins welcome. No partner required.

This 4-week course is designed to teach you all the fundamentals of Salsa, including rhythm & timing, leading and following techniques, and basics turns and steps. Students will also be introduced to the Cross Body Lead and various combinations of the turn, including hand holds and step patterns. Intermediate dancers can also benefit from this course by fine tuning their basic skills and improving their partnering technique.

The Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center is easy to find and is located right off the MAX Line (EXPO Center /Yellow Line) at the Killingsworth Station.

HURRICANE TUMBAO ON 2 TRAINING TEAM

This team is for highly motivated dancers who want to improve their technique and to train to perform for Fuego de Tumbao or Hurricane Tumbao. Note: Performing is a privilege but not a requirement. To apply for this training program, contact Ricardo at: ricardo@hurricanetumbao.com.
