Hurricane Tumbao Dance Company Class Objectives.

Classes/Levels:
- Hurricane Tumbao Salsa Intense Training Course “ON 1″
(This course goes 3 months at a time with small breaks of time in between).

- Hurricane Tumbao Training Team “ON 2″
(This program is a year round program with periodic breaks during the year).

- Fuego de Tumbao (Hurricane Tumbao Amateur Team)
(This is a year round performing team in training. Periodic breaks during the year).

- Hurricane Tumbao (Professional Team)
(This is a year round professional performing team that travels locally, nationally and internationally to perform & teach salsa workshops. There are periodic breaks for professional development).

Course Objectives:
1. To educate students about the rhythmical structures within salsa music.
2. To teach students the fundamentals of salsa/mambo so students can dance to salsa music.
3. To prepare students to be able to dance and enjoy salsa music comfortably.
4. To allow students to acquire new dance material through constant repetition.
5. To share the joy and passion of salsa music and mambo dance with others!
